With vast experience in the modeling industry, working with Figures Models, Year of the Model and Coversearch (as Ultphoto), we offer modeling packages according to your requirements.
Modeling photo shoots can be done at our studio or on a location.
Studio shoots provides exceptional control on the lighting that can be achieved, but is limiting in the backgrounds. There is certainly a place for studio work in a portfolio, but for starting of your portfolio, we suggest a location shoot to demonstrate your versatility.
Location shoots require a little more planning and coordination, but offer a much better variety and selection of photos. This is definitely the recommended solution if you want to create a portfolio. Our mobile studio ensures that we almost as much control over the lighting as in a studio. We use existing light and accentuate and enhance this through creative application of the studio lights.
We also cover functions and can photograph ramp events (while the models demonstrate the clothing on the ramp), or using our mobile studio backstage.
Professional make-up artists (MUA) and hair stylists are not provided as standard but minor adjustments and corrections on your make-up can be accommodated. We have good relationships with a number of professional MUA's and hair stylists, so please enquire if you are interested. This also enhance the versatility of your shoot and portfolio.
Wardrobes for portfolio's are provided by the model. We cannot keep a selection of outfits to fit all models - and this also causes duplication in the portfolio's we offer. We work hard to offer a unique portfolio to every model we work with.
As is standard practice in the industry, all models are required to sign a model release, which is basically a contract between the model and the photographer in terms of their respective rights. An underage model will have to be accompanied by an adult. Please remember to bring a copy of your ID book.
