FAQ and Rules

Who can enter? The lucky draw is open to anyone, but please note that the photo session will be held at our studio in Villieria, Pretoria.

How many times can I enter? Entries are limited to one per person. This means that two or more people from the same family may enter. Each entry provides you one more chance to win in the lucky draw. Only one discount voucher shall be applicable per session/family.

When is the closing date? You can enter until 10:00 on 4 May 2011. The lucky draw will take place at 12:00 on 4 May 2011 and the winner will be notified immediately. Notification will take place via our website and Facebook and the winners will receive an e-mail and SMS. The vouchers can then be collected from our studio, or e-mailed so you can print it yourself and present to your Mother.

What is included in the prize? The prize consists of:

• A 30 minute photo session for your family in our studio
• An A1 print (610x914mm) of your choice on 230gsm matt coated paper which you can frame
• Other prints can be ordered after the session if you are interested.

Terms and conditions:

1. Memories Unlimited Photo Studio offers these prizes to 35 winner2, based on an electronic lucky draw from all entries via our website, which shall take place on 4 May 2011, 12:00 at our studio.
2. The outcome of the lucky draw is final and Memories Unlimited Photo Studio shall not enter into any correspondence or discussions as to the process and/or outcome of the lucky draw.
3. Memories Unlimited Photo Studio shall retain copyright on all photographs and reserves the right to publish the photographs from the session on our website and to use the photographs for marketing purposes.
4. Memories Unlimited Photo Studio undertakes to keep your information private. We will not use your information to spam you.
5. The prize and vouchers will remain valid for a period of three months and if not claimed within that period, shall become null and void.
6. By entering the competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions stated here and commit to oblige to them.
